Customer in Arbutus Wants Stones Installed
KNC Granite was contacted by a customer in Arbutus, who was looking to have the counters in their kitchen and bathroom replaced. They currently had old granite counters that were cracked and chipped by the tenant he rented the house to. Now, he was looking to have the kitchen counters replaced with new granite stone and the bathrooms with quartz.
This was a customer we had done work for in the past, so he was familiar with our products and procedures. He owned a few properties in Arbutus and Baltimore, where we had done installations. He normally stuck with granite, but this time he wanted to give quartz a try after hearing how durable it was.
The customer came to our showroom to choose the slabs he wanted. He decided to go with a blue slab for one bathroom, white for the other and black for the kitchen. We marked his slabs so no one else would purchase them. Our professionals had already gotten the measurements for each of the rooms, and went ahead and put in the order to have them fabricated by our experts.
A Satisfied Customer is a Loyal Customer
There’s a reason why this customer chose to do business with us again – we always perform satisfactory work. Like before, our contractors were able to complete the project fairly quickly and with great attention to detail. This pleased the customer and he promised to hire us again in the near future, which he did.
He really liked the quartz in the bathrooms and felt this would help keep them from cracking or chipping in the future. They would be more durable to handle future tenants he rented out to. He chose to go with the granite in the kitchen because he really liked the look and it helped attract new renters to open house.
Installing the Granite and Quartz Stone
Our professionals came to the customers home a Wednesday afternoon. We fabricated the quartz and granite for his kitchen and bathrooms. First, we removed the cracked granite that sat in the kitchen and on the bathroom vanities. We were done with the installation process before the end of the day. The customer decided he wanted to have the quartz and granite slabs professionally sealed, so we did that before starting the cleanup process.
The outcome of the installation was seamless and turned out great. Not too long after, the customer rented out the property to a new tenant.
